A Little bit(e) of Background
From cooking in the kitchen at an early age, learning the culture and traditions of a cuban family as the years passed, coupled with a passion to provide people with excellent service and fun fare with a twist chef Jake Rezendes keeps his upbringing in mind when mapping out the direction to Eazystreet.
” Starting in early 2016 I began the journey to understanding the flow of food, operations, and efficiency while expediting delicious made from scratch cuisine from a local staple at the heart of the river district in Fort Myers, Bruno’s Of Brooklyn. After years of gaining both experience & knowledge in the kitchen working as a sous chef while learning the in’s and outs of providing front of the house service I fell more in love with the industry day by day”
Fast forward a few years down the road and we see EazyStreet Cooking & Catering become what it is today. After cooking for friends, family, and customers alike we want to embody all the principles we stand behind and have learned an ingenuity for; providing fresh, satisfying, and creative meals to the community. AND as always, Stay Eazy!!

“Food may not be the answer to world peace, but it’s a start.”
