Our Inspiration

The menu is a mix of the regional cuisines throughout the Caribbean islands mixed with a hearty touch of American influence with a sprinkle of something inventive within every bite. Fusion is in a lot of what we do and though paying homage to tried and true classics can never steer us wrong there is always wiggle room for “new”.  This does not limit to what we can do for the customer and the menu changes with the times and per request.
